Privacy Policy
Quietova (“Quietova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Plant Novus LLC, respects your privacy. We make calm, premium sleep and relaxation supplements, and we want you to understand how your information is handled when you rest easier with us.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit quietova.com, place an order, manage a subscription, sign up for email or SMS messages, or otherwise interact with the Quietova brand (the “Website” and “Services”). It also explains the privacy rights and choices available to you. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described in this Policy and in our Terms of Sale.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above, and the updated Policy will apply to information collected after the change. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

Categories of Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and browser data, such as device type, operating system, browser type, and language settings;
- Internet and network activity, such as your IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, and dates and times of access;
- Usage and analytics information about how you interact with the Website and our communications; and
- Approximate location derived from your IP address, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies, Web Beacons, and Tracking Technologies” below).
Deidentified and Sensitive Information
We may aggregate or deidentify personal information so that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you. We will maintain and use such information in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by law. To the extent we process “sensitive personal information” as defined by applicable law (for example, account login credentials or payment information in combination with a security code), we use and disclose it only for purposes permitted by law and as described in this Policy.
Using Your Information
We use the information we collect for legitimate business purposes, including to:
- Process and fulfill your orders, manage your subscriptions, and arrange shipping and delivery;
- Provide customer service and respond to your questions, requests, and feedback;
- Send you email and SMS marketing, promotions, and product updates where you have opted in, and administer rewards and referral programs;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Website, our products, and your shopping experience;
- Perform analytics to understand how our Website and communications are used;
- Protect the security and integrity of the Website, detect and prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Sale; and
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We share information with third parties that perform services on our behalf, such as our payment processor, shipping carriers, email and SMS messaging platforms, customer-service tools, and analytics and advertising partners. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
- Analytics and advertising partners. We may share certain online identifiers and usage information with analytics and advertising partners to measure and improve our marketing and to show you relevant ads. Depending on your jurisdiction, some of this activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
- Business transfers. If Quietova is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
You have the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of targeted advertising. See “Your Privacy Rights” and the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
Cookies, Web Beacons, and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and support marketing. Some cookies are necessary for the Website to function (for example, to maintain your shopping cart), while others help us understand site performance or deliver and measure advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Website. Where required, we provide cookie controls or a consent banner.
Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Payment-card information is encrypted in transit and handled by PCI-compliant processors. While we work to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Policy for Children
The Website and our products are intended for adults and are not directed to children. Quietova dietary supplements are not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@quietova.com, and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
SMS Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from Quietova, you are providing your express consent to receive marketing and transactional text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For more information about how we handle your information, see this Privacy Policy.
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting that sends a signal to websites you visit. Because there is not yet a common industry or legal standard for recognizing and responding to DNT signals, our Website does not currently respond to them. We do, however, honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law.
Submitting Information from Outside the United States
The Website is operated in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Website or provide information from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Website, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
Links to Other Websites and Third-Party Practices
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and services that we do not operate or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to Know. You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

- Right to Withdraw Consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, including by unsubscribing from email or replying STOP to text messages.
Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights, including by denying you products or services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of quality.
How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights
To exercise any of the rights described above, you may email us at support@quietova.com or use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, and we may ask for information that matches what we have on file. Retention Period
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy—including to provide our products and services, manage subscriptions, and maintain your account—and as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
